I use an integrative approach, drawing from a range of therapeutic modalities to meet the unique needs of each client. The modalities I utilize include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy.

Throughout my career, I have gained experience in a range of areas, including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, cancer and survivorship, caregiving, chronic and acute illness, grief and loss, end of life, life transitions, and interpersonal relationships.

I am committed to ongoing professional development and using best practices in the field of social work. I am a valuable resource for individuals seeking support and guidance during challenging times.

I firmly believe each individual has the capacity and strength to move forward, grow, and develop resilience to face challenges and live a fulfilling life.
